Worked 115 days in LIC on temporary basis can I get job now

I worked in LIC as temporary assistant for 115 days from 11 Feb 1995 to 6 June 1995 . i want to know that as per supreme court judgement i am eligible to get permanent post or not. some people are telling that supreme court order mentioned date to absorb who worked up to 4.3.1991. Please suggest am I eligible?

As far as you are concerned. , you are not eligible for the benefit of the judgment on various counts. Firstly you are not on regular job till present and secondly you have not completed 180 days in succession or even otherwise one year service rendered by you. Plus many other counts as per your query.
