Will my services be terminated after the end of my contract

I am a doctor working in a central govt undertaking organisation since 5 yrs without service break. I have a question that is there any possibility that any time I will be removed . 2- is there any possibility of regularisation in future. We r on the general pay scale. If we will be removed where we will go with our family. We r not getting da ,no increment very less leave 10 Ml ,CL 8 and rh 2. No medical facility for family. We have demanded but no response from organisation. So plz give ur valuable advice and answer for above.
You reffered to the work regurgitation meaning there by you are working on a contract basis on a specified tearms with the central gov for a period of 5 years it is deemed presumed that you will be removed after the expiry of the contract never the less you all can make representation before the appointing authority who can look into the matter and do the needful
