What to do if salary stopped on my resignation & till date no response

06-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I recently joined a well known organisation , and my boss turned out to be a person who has no female respect and harassed me too much and even never allowed me to talk to hr or head office which is in Bangalore. The office i worked is a regional office having less staff ,so i had no one to complaint to.and then i was constantly provoked to leave the organisation as well. and the result of which in 2 months , on the day the i received salary i spoke to him that i am resigning , then the same day he got my salary blocked from my salary account and told me i cant help it.whereas clearly in my resignation i had written i am willing to serve notice period, then as even my previous month salary was blocked ,and he did not allow me to speak to hr i had serve notice period as well under his humiliating n harassing conditions and then when he felt he relived me from services, now its been more than a month,i have not got my money and its been a horrible experience for me ,leaving me tore apart.

Now that you are out of that organization you should write a formal email to HR department of your previous organization asking for your due and your proper relieving. Try explaining about your departure in humble as to how horrible and pathetic it is to work under the concern senior who has compelled you to do this.
If they do not makes and response to this email then send them a legal notice asking about the same and if possible apps sent a legal notice for harassment done by your senior to the same organization. If they still fails to make any response them drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction. I am sure that you will win your case in all probability considering that you have all the papers with yourself.
