Three month salary depending what action can I take

Dear I have worked in company last one year.In year 2016 feb month i send the official notice period for 15 day to the company management. But after this they stop my one month salary.After that i loade the complain in labour court gurgaon for my 3 month salary as compensation in last three hiring they will agree for only one month salary and labour inspector say he try to compromise but the complain is closed now and tell me go on the court to file the case for three month salary.So please tell me i hire an advocate or i can individual fight in court.Please suggest the way.
