Suspension from service on grounds fake certificates

executive engineer of university has been suspended for fake degree and appointment too has been termed illegal...but engineer has shown degree which is genuine then university asked for admission fee receipt of engineering college which he naturally failed to provide...they also wanted advertisement copy for post he has been appointed...engineer said that is not with him but he has appointment letter which was issued after his selection thru interview but university was not satisfied and VC suspended him...now what legal options engineer has and what are his chances of success...kindly tell
You can file writ in High Court and challenge the order of VC.
If your certificate is genuine then you have the case. If during taking action against you the principles of natural justice were not followed then also you have a good case.

file a writ application before the high court against the vindictive order of suspension. you will get the relief if the degree is genuine followed by the appointment.you can get the degree doubly checked through the right to information act.
