If you have filed a Caveat after the filing of the WP, it is likely that the Caveat has been sent to the case-worker in the WP branch of the High Court. My advice is to consult the case-worker and ensure that your caveat petition has been kept along with the WP so that it will be sent to Court together. You need not file a Vakalathnama. So when the WP is listed, your Caveat will also be on the file and your Advocate's name will be printed on the cause list. Additionally, in the High Court website register your case to receive the cause list by sms so that if the WP is posted in Court, you will get an sms notification the evening before and you can oppose the interim order or at least be present in Court.
