Services terminated by the company without any show cause notice

Respected Sir/Madam, I have requested my employer, Immediate relieving due to unprofessional behavior shown by my manager. l have sent email to my director on Monday, July 11 2016 2:20 PM IST, instead of accepting my resignation, they have terminated my job with out an enquiry or any show cause notice. Is the below points cause my termination? 1) I have not mentioned about the notice period in my resignation letter. Even though employer have not pointed out about my notice period and they have not given any chance to either serve or pay for the notice period. Thanks.

You have to first and foremost issue a legal notice to the company for illegally terminating your services, seek for unpaid salary and other benefits due from the company, give the company 7 days to reply if they do not, then file a dispute with the labour court in hyderabad seeking all your arrears, compensation and unpaid dues from the company in this petition.
