You should challenge your termination order as the same is illegal and arbitrary. To do so you'll have to approach the High Court. However, to successfully contest the matter, you'll have to demonstrate that you were duly appointed pursuant to the rules and that the education dept. failed to confirm you on account of laxity on their part.
