Office forcing me to retire without notice, what action should I take

A coop bank has sent us a notice on 27.02.2017 and relived us of our duties on 28.02.2017 by offering 3 months notice pay and 6 months compensation for the bal service in my case 6 months for 9and half yr of bal service pl advice me Amanath coop bank ltd
You'll have to challenge the dismissal order in the CAT. However, if the illegality is glaring, you can also approach the Respective High Court of your state.
