Not appointed due to pendency of criminal case how can i claim post

After selection as teacher from Rpsc,I have not been appointed due to pendency of a criminal case in BAL AYOG Jaipur,when this case reported and charged of IPC 341,323,325,452 by my family uncle in June 2010 then I was under 18, in 2014 I selected as se. Teacher from Rpsc but due to pendency of mention case I was not appointed by education department,now in November 2015 the judjement of BAL AYOG JAIPUR has been come as a result that i am fined with 2000rs and I accepted that crime on my wish. sir I filed a writ petition in Feb 2015 for posting again. Edu.department ,sir how can I get posting?
It is correct that a criminal case pending against you will certainly effect your carrier. You will also have to disclose everywhere that a case is pending against you. For remedy one would require to go through the quashing petition filed earlier since you have filed before. depending on the changed circumstances since, one could approach the High Court once again. Also the fact that the matter has been pending for charge for 15 dates will help. The High Court could under the circumstances either quash or direct speedy disposal.
