LIC temporary employees worked Class III Appointment orders missed

My wife worked at Thanjavur Division Tamilnadu in LIC of India for more than 85 days. She was having appointment orders. It was missed during the 2015 flood in Chennai. I tried to get a copy of the same thro RTI. But LIC of India Public Authority replied that they dont have any records pertaining to that period...Now my question is without proof how could I apply for permanent job ...This question is arised due to SC judgement publised recently. on 09/08/2016 contempt of court and the 18/03/2015 Sc judgement. I need advice please help me in this regard.Period work Dec 1985 to March 1986

If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
