Left job without resignation now want to join back

Iam selected as management trainee in coal India ltd PSU company..I worked there 18 months.. Later left job with no resignation . now 3 years completed.. Now I want to rejoining in that company.. But they told me you are terminated from our organisation.. So please suggest me if my job is their or not
