Labour law applicability outsourcing and aggregator business model

24-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
1. Are service providers considered to be employees of the aggregator (for example, are carpenters considered to be employees of UrbanClap or Are the drivers considered to be employees of Ola cabs) 2. In either case, what are the labor laws that one has to be compliant with? 3. If a company outsources some part of the work to a third party, how much supervision and control can the company exercise on the third party? Should it be written in the contract agreement? Please help.
