Kerala psc recruitment got rank now it is being offered to handicaped

have win a kerala psc examination with first rank in agriculture dept there is only one vacency but the govt decide to all the first vacency give to the partiely handicaped in my case there is only one vacency no other vacency for ever i had worked for this post and win now what should i do?
File on original Application in Kerala Adminstrative Tribunal challenging the same and there are immense chance of over ruling the government decision for reserving the only available post to handicapped persons.

Everything depends upon the terms set down by the PSC at the time of inviting the applicationg. If it was advertised as open post, they cannot change the rules of the game subsequently. You have the option to approach the State Administrative Tribunal.
