Is changing Date of Joining in Service Bond Agreeement allowed ?

24-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi, I joined an MNC on 05 Jan 2015 as a trainee where offer letter mentioned a signing of service bond of 1.5 Lakh for 2 yrs from the date of joining. Later I was made a regular employee on 07 Oct 2015 so the date of joining changed to 07 Oct 2015. Now that I have resigned they are asking me to pay bond money as date of joining mentioned in their records is 07 Oct 2015. Moreover they are not providing me the signed copy of bond. Kindly suggest the legal course of action.

It is important to know first that how would you proof your date of joining which you are claiming and if it is satisfactory you may approach an advocate for sending him legal notice and further you may also approach the labour court.
