How to handle unfair practices under labor law

I'm a permanent worker in export company. Iam working since last 5 month now it going to complete 6 month in a month but my supervisor saying give you resignation because you not able to produce production . I said if I was not giving production than how would company keeping me in last 4 month this problem only now creating because it's going to 6 month complete and company have to pay my pf and they don't want to give me they release many workers with same reason

You are advised herein that you don't resign. Resignation will tantamount to giving up job by you which according me will legally against you. In case your employer wants to remove you, he ought to follow the due process of law. In case he is mounting more pressure, approach labour court.
