Got award from labor court. How can we file execution application?

Award was won in Delhi as the firm was based here earlier. Now transfer certificate for execution petition has been sent to Bangalore City Court. the lady officer there asked to get a fresh caveat filed through a lawyer. As per my understanding Labour Courts and related matters dont mandate a lawyer. i kindly need some guidance on how to present this execution application before honorable courts and within what specified time limits. Please also suggest if its legally binding to hire an advocate or courts can arrange one for me.
