False case pending implicated by RPF whether this will effect career

Hi.. I am going through a criminal court trail, in which I am falsely implicated by RPF officials under section 143.The Case is an COMPLAINT CASE WHERE COMPLAINANT IS RPF OFFICER" On the statement of main culprit( he undergone 9 month imprisonment and now free.They are not having any evidence against me.Now case is pending on charge from past 15 dates.As i am an young engineer my carrier is at risk. It is more than four years the case is pending. HIGH COURT QUASH PETITION DISMISSED STATING "AS WITHDRAWN BY PETITIONER".

Dear Sir/Madam,
Yes it can effect your career in case if you are proved guilty after the final decision of the case. I cannot understand why Honble High Court has dismissed your petition. Ask your lawyer to argue on framing of charge.

It is correct that a criminal case pending against you will certainly effect your carrier. You will also have to disclose everywhere that a case is pending against you. For remedy one would require to go through the quashing petition filed earlier since you have filed before. depending on the changed circumstances since, one could approach the High Court once again. Also the fact that the matter has been pending for charge for 15 dates will help. The High Court could under the circumstances either quash or direct speedy disposal.
