Send them a legal notice to them calling upon them to redress all your grievances. Since you've terminated instantly, they ought to have paid you one month's salary for not giving you notice if termination in advance. likewise, call upon them through this legal notice to clear all your dues and incase they fail to pay you the dies despite the legal notice, meet a lawyer handling labour disputes and move a complaint against them before the concerned Labour Officer.
