Experience certificate not provided by company after temination

I am working in an organisation till 11 years. Due to misconduct they are terminating me. I only need my 11 years experience certificate. Please help me out.
To get your experience letter you are required to send a legal notice to the company demanding the same.
Failure to provide you the same, a suit for declaration is to be filed in the concerned civil court.
