Employer not paying due salary and allowances post termination

I am asking for my working period salary only, pending 4 months’ salary,(OCT 2015 to JAN 12.01.16) and PL leave and all allowance SETTLEMENT immediately, The employer must give at least three months of notice or wages in lieu thereof to the workmen proposed to be terminated and which no reason was stated terminated on Jan 12/01/2016 - no reason was stated termination 3 months wages related complained past 16 months. I worked at GAMMON INDIA LIMITED MUMBAI COMPANY . My all pending 4mo
Send a lawyer notice regarding this issue to the employer.this notice itself will solve 90% of the problems. Even if they are not ready to comply with this issue you can approach an appropriate forum for the remedy.
