Compassionate Appointment Regional Rural Banks

03-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My husband worked for a RRB (Regional Rural Bank) as an officer cadre for 28 years till his last breath. He was expired due to severe illness during his service period by leaving our family in to unrecoverable sadness. I have received information from the bankers that the Government of India has re-introduced the job opportunity for their family members under compassionate ground in the banking sector. As per Circular No.CIR/HR&IR/2014-15/532/476 dated 11th August, 2014 under cover of with “To open the Compassionate Appointment in Public Sector Banks on the lines of Central Government” and “Discontinuing the provision of ex-gratia in lieu of Compassionate Appointment in Public Sector Banks”. The Government of India released a letter to banks with Department of Finance (D.O.F) No 18-02-2013-IR dated 07-08-2014 for the revised “Compassionate Appointment scheme in Public sector banks”. As this scheme shall be applicable from 05-08-2014. Plz help me in this issue.
