Company making unnecessary deductions in salary and incentives

I have been working in a private company for almost 3 years now. My salary is not being provided completely and incentives. There are unnecessary deductions. What action can i take against the company?

Depending upon your nature of duties,if qualify as a Workman as defined under the Industrial Disputes Act you may file yur complaint of illegal deductions before Labour Court under Payment of Wages Act or you may complaint to Fy Labour Commissioner of your area.
