Company is holding my salary and terminated me
15-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
wanted to file against the company. Bcoz before three months they have given offer letter for the post of mgmt trainee in the same organization and there is clearly defined that they provide the appointment letter at the time of joining and they still hold my salary and terminated me.
It is illegal and against the employment and contractual law, you must first send them legal notice.
also share the offer letter, does it disclose this fact?
