Company favoring other state candidates what action can i take

Hello, Last week I saw an advertisement which says only Delhi/NCR candidates can apply when the job posting is in bangalore. which clearly indicates that the hiring firm is only interested in hiring specific race / regional people violating the Equal Opportunity emploment . when asked why this regionalism / racism/ favoritism to the CEO of the hiring firm, they did not respond. please help!!
Such an advertisement is not necessarily indicative of discrimination on part of the Employer. Please note that sometimes, Companies look for employees from specific regions as the job profile might require an understanding of the region and/ or travel is required. If you have evidence to convince a Court that indeed the Company is practising discriminatory hiring methods, then you can send a legal notice and take it from there. I request you to collect documents, speak to concerned persons and then draw a conclusion as it needs to hold weightage in Court.
