Can wife claim gratuity from Govt Aided school after death of husband

Hello Sir / Madam, My husband was passed away in April 2016. He was a Secondary Teacher in 100% aided school. Can I get Death Gratuity, Pension & Other Benefits? His Service details are : Part Time Shikshan Sevak : From 13/06/2005 To 30/11/2008 Full Time Shikshan Sevak : From 01/12/2008 To 28/02/2010 Assistant Teacher Appointment : From 01/03/2010 To 23 April 2016 Please advise me that shall I get the Death Gratuity, Pension & Other Benefits?

Yes you can have. only you have to apply for succession certificate from the honble civil judge sr. Div . are there any other legal heirs i.e. mother of your husband. You have to pay court fee stamp for it after the order of honble court
