Can SC order against one company be implied on another company as well

When the Supreme Court of India ordered to the Labour court regarding the employee's whether they were simply transferred by the parental company A or their services were taken over by the company B. In such situation can the company B transfer our services to another new company C, when our actual employer yet not been decided.

Is company B related to company C and at the time when the case was being pursued and orders were delivered did it mention that company B cannot take such steps if the order speaks such things then they cannot else they can

The answer is no for the reason that suprem court only asked the labour court to see that whether the services were absorbed or transferred in such circumstances the services cannot be transferred to any other company
