Can a private company terminate my services without prior intimation

Respected Sir, I am working with private organisation from last five years in this company but i have no deduct my PF and ESI till now and now suddenly my seniors or owner told me the company is going to loss and we are close this organisation. so now you can go without any intimation. Please Help me what i do..............
Were you working as a permanent employee in the company or the employment was temporary. Because as you have mentioned that the EPF and ESI were not deducted from your salary. The employment agreement and the appointment letter issued by your employers will help in determining the future course of action.
