NRI lady trying to come in married life what action should I take

There is one nri lady living in delhi frm last 3 years wid her kids.she is nt living wid her husbnd who is stayng out of india. She is after my husband. She is doing brain wash of my husband and want to spoil my married life. Now wat action should i take against her so tht she wil alert and scared as she is nri?

She is staying in India on Indian passport or on foreign passport. What is her current status of he stay in India?
The reason for asking such question is that it would be very difficult to substantiate before the court that she is at fault and also in the crime of adultry, the male is punishable as per the specific sections of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
