Car accident claim rejected by insurance company

dear sir , my car met with an accident on 21/08/2016. while driving i had consumed 90 ml of alcohol which i mentioned in the incident report submitted to investigator officer of the case. now they have rejected my claim saying that i was heavily drunk while driving my car. please help me.
You can approach the Police Station and meet the In Charge and explain the entire incident. Thereafter you can approach the Insurance Ombudsman and can file your claim with them. You can also take the help of a lawyer in doing all of these.
