Can bike insurance cover health expenses

I met with a bike accident on September 26th 2014.I was admitted to the hospital and had many major internal injuries.The bike had complete full cover insurance and also I had a personal health insurance.The first one week I was recovering normal and my parents thought they could handle the expenses and they didn't claim for insurance neither claim a FIR.After one week my health condition went bad and required much more money.The total expenses went more than 10 lakhs.After I was discharged I claimed for my health insurance for 2 lakhs. Can I get the bike insurance to cover the medical expense
Please file a mediclaim and compensation for bike insurance and also submitted complete set of documents and details of damages of bike with explanations regarding delay and your medical treatment it's speak your inability to submit the claim application in delay and also intitute legal action for recovery of compensation and damages through consumer court and civil court. Please initiate immediately
