You know while applying for VISA for any country there is a format and according to the format you have fill in the information.

You are bound to fill in correct information. Only upon seeing that particular VISA application form, one can suggest whether you can get the VISA or not. In case you will not furnish correct information you will invite further the criminal action against you. Some countries only ask about the previous criminal record for the last five years while as some for the last 10 years. Accordingly may wait to elapse the said time span and can apply for the VISA
