Wife left home after argument and not coming back. Not responding

Hello sir/mam, I have been married for 11 months n I am Hindu. My wife n her father hide the loan she took before marriage. And I get to know about that after marriage. When I asked my wife to check with her father to pay the loan installments/loan amount she denied. She pay that loan from her salary. And she did not contribute financially to her marriage home. Also when ask her to do household chores she denied that as well. And pick up fight with me and my mother every now and then.she never showed respect to us and never carried out wife duties After couple of week when my mother ask her to help in household chores she started argument n after that she left the house. Not she or her parent not responding properly. I tried calling her multiple times and asked to come back but she is not ready to.ot they are therating us with false accusations. please guide what we can do
