what legal actions can be taken to save native property from brothers

Sir, I am a Hindu of Uttar Pradesh and I live in Chandigarh from 30.05.2001. I came Chandigarh after doing 12th Class from U.P. Board and did M.A.(English). Doing job in Chandigarh I supported my parents and brothers financially who live in U.P. Even I got my mother treatment of Cancer on my own but my eldest and youngest brothers want to usurp everything available at my native village in U.P. They show that I have a lot of money what I do not pay them whether with honesty I do not have anything. I sent in form of Demand Draft and through my Account Debit (ATM)Card at my native village in U.P. whatever I earned during past. My brothers who live at my native village in U.P. have allied my father by saying that I am a dishonest man. Kindly tell me which type of legal help I can get.
