My brother having 3 years of marriage life with his wife And she's not good with ur mom & sister alway she's trying suicide attempts and black mail to my mom is having low BP and she's 60 years old ,brother snd sister... Because she is not interested to live with my family she want to devide from ur famiily how can save aur family from her
If brother is unable to live with wife happily he can get divorce on the ground of cruelty n harassment

Sir, u can give a complaintin police station regarding the suicide attempt and other mental torture but once you give complaints, she will give a dowry harrasment complaint and other domestic violence case against your brother and your family, so kindly take percussion and contact a lawyer before taking any action.

Hi,
The option which is available to your brother is file for divorce on the ground that his wife is harassing him and his family members. The courts may consider the request for grant of divorce after conducting conciliation and in case the conciliation fails only then the courts would proceed with the divorce petition, wherein it would be obligated on your brother to prove before the court that his wife is causing him harassment.
However also keep in mind that the wife has an option to file for maintenance against the husband, wherein she is entitled to seek monetary compensation from the husband.
