Hello sir, recentle i got engaged and was about to be married in a month and suddenly my ex from my college calls up the bride family and discloses everything in my past relationship including physical one (we mutually got separated). Wat legal action can i take on them

Who told about your marriage to your friend and who issued phone numbers and other information of the prospective marriage party. It is a mistake committed by you by giving information. You can file a Criminal case of defamation against your Ex under Section 499 and Section 500 in The Indian Penal Code
In the said defamation case, you can also add charges under Section 509 of IPC as your Ex has disclosed your relationship which is actually a crime under section 509 under IPC as well.
