What is the procedure to get marriage certificate

I am not married , I want to marry a girl is happy to marry me .I need marriage certificate as soon as possible because I am going abroad for study in USA so in order to get visa for my wife I need marrige certificate soon. Minimum how many days it takes to get the certificate and what is the procedure.
It takes about 7 days but if urgency is there and there is no dispute with regard to marriage then within short period this can be obtained.
Jurisdiction of issuance of marriage certificate is with municipality concern.

you need go through the process of court marriage under Hindu marge act , which is a 30 days process and then after a marriage certificate will be issued to you by first class maggistrate, if you don't want to go through such long process call me, i tell you how you can get your marrige resister within one day
