im not asking about the same day visitation order for long term like in a month two day in month time is there any possibility there

As such no application in case of maintainece is filed or maintainable in maintenance case . You can separately filed a case of custody of a child in other court. And if not whenever ur divorce will be materialised by mutual consent you can claim that u want meet ur kid twice or thrice a month and to which ur husband agrees in the court and give statement. Then only u can meet your kid . Otherwise u can only file a case of custody of a child. In maintanece case no such application of meeting a child can be entertained . though judge may own its motion can say that you can meet ur child once or twice if stated by u in court . It's judge discretion.
