Hi
1) Section 19 of Domestic violence act pertains to Residence orders- You should ask the court to provide you Residence orders in the house rented/owned by the husband .
2) You have all the rights of a spouse during the pendency of proceedings under 498a and dvc.
3) Under DVC, you are entitled to residence orders under section 19, interim and final maintenance under section 20 , compensation for violence (mental, physical, emotional and verbal abuse) under section 22, Child custody orders under section 21 of Domestic violence act.

Dear Client,
Now you can file a case for maintenance for yourself and your baby. What is your husband, whether he is employed or whether he has any assets of his own or ancestral. If so you can attach the same and you can claim right of residence in the house that fell to his share. You can file a suit restraining your husband from alienating the property that was inherited by him.
