Single in live in with married woman against her husband is it legal

Hello, Sir/Maa'm I am 21 years old (hindu) from haryana. i am in live in relationship with a married woman against her husband will. She got married at the age of 16 without her will and her husband is not educated . But she is highly educated as compare to him. She is now 30 years old. She left her matrimonial home due to the harassment of her husband and family. We cant file divorce , because they are searching us for ........ . i think you already know what happen in haryana in these type of cases. so please tell me the way of living legally without her divorce. Or can her husband file case against us? If he do this, then how can we came out of this . Can we also take a legal action? And also tell me, if we convert in muslim then can we marry legally without divorce? Thank You
