Right of illegitimate son on father's property

My father's illegitimate son has made his claim on property . What can we do to safeguard the property. And what if my father makes a gift to me and get it registered , can it be challenged in the court.

Yes he do also possess right as same as you do he will also be share holder in your parental property because your father also hia biological father gifting idea can be easily chalanged in court.....

If the property is self acquired property of your father than he can gift it to anybody including you. No one can challenge it. Why don't your father make a will of the property in your favour excluding his illegitimate child.
