Pensioner died can the second wife claim for pension now

Hi sir , this query is in th regard of my mother , she got married  who was serving in police . After marriage she came to know that the person was already married and having three kids from first wife ..but due to mutual acceptance both continued their relationship . He spent his life with his second wife . thouh he had fullfilled his all duties to other one as well ..after retirement her husband announced him as a partner and declared the same in all the required gov documents ..and after his death my mother starts getting due pension and it all mentioned in every record .but first wife challenged that in court and won from district and session court ..court ordered to stop the pension . which has been challenged in high court and pending till now . and now its been more then an year now mr jasbir singh's first wife has died too and her kids are well grown up .. pls adviced what can be done in this case...

Nothing can be done in such a case as according to the section 494 of IPC, Bigamy is a criminal offence. Also, as your marriage with Mr. Jasbir Singh was null and void ab initio and you are not his legally wedded wife. However, as his first wife is also dead, her children can claim pension as per law, also if you have any son/daughter then they can file a suit for partition for claiming their share in the ancestral property of Mr. Jasbir Singh.

Hello ap .second wife k children bhi le skte h kyonki vo unki legallly wedded wife h.....app sbhi ka equally partition ho jaega. ....but apko proof ..krna padega ...
