Parents beating daughter and forcing her to marry

My friend is in domestic violence problem she is 20 years girl doing college suddenly she stop coming we check their status we found that she is suffering from domestic violence her parents are beating daily they are forcing for marriage and they trying to killing her they told her to die they are doing behaviour like maid at home she cannot came even out of house she is in big trouble is there any solution
She should contact the Women Cell of the Local Police of the city lodging a written complaint against her own parents for forcing her for the marriage for which she is not given her free consent without undue influence or force.
The woman can even file for domestic violence under the PWDV Act against her parents, brothers, other relatives wherein the Magistrate can pass ad interim order restraining the respondents from forced marriage, even give directions to the SHO of local Police station for providing complete protection to the woman in distress and prevent her forced marriage.
