My in laws trying to separate me from wife and child

22-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)
What should I do...? My wife parents are separating my child from me & threatening me saying I'm black mailing their daughter... I'm being married for 21months & have a 9months old kid. My wife stayed with me only for 5months with me. Each time their parents are preaching to separate me from my mother. Separating my son from me since 6months & they say now her daughter will go to job & take care of child. Our elders had twice settled the issues with us. She is not willing to come to family counseling. Nor OK for divorce. All this is happening becoz of her parents influence her from back. Bcoz I'm the only son for my mother & initially blamed about my mom later it was concluded by my relatives (that my mom is innocent) But now again they started blaming me.. forcing me to buy a property in their native. Her parents are too much interfering in my personal life incl my salary expenses for mom medical bills. Please let me know how to proceed.

You may call your wife through court to live with you. For that you have to file restitution of conjugal rights in the respective court. This will be easy for you to call her. In court she has to take a decision

You can file a petition in Family Court for restitution of conjugal rights (meaning that your wife should come & live with you). In the petition you can explain all your facts and how your in laws are trying to separate you from your wife & child. In the Family Court they will send the case for counselling. Later you can also request for Mediation. In mediation also they will explain to your wife that her parents are spoiling her future. I can give you more suggestions after meeting you and having a detailed discussion.
