Mental harassment by in-laws what action can i take

m from sikh family. mentaly harassment by in laws.. my father-in-law and mother-in-law both are trying to get me out from the house. mother-in-law continuously abused me.they have filled case against me and my husband for property. what should i have to do?
File a complaint of domestic violence against your mother in law and father in law in district courts . Along with file a civil suit of Permanent injunction against them to restrain your mother in law and father in law , so that they can not chunk you out of the house , which u are legal untitled to reside in. Take a stay against them
