Marriage and Re-marriage as parents are not ready for marriage with bf

Hiee I am 29, hindu unmarried girl in love with a muslim boy. My parents are not ready for interfaith marriage. Suggesting me to marry a hindu boy. What if I marry a hindu boy, how I can ditch him within a year and re-marry with my old muslim friend? is it feasible? hindu boy powerful & at gud post could our marriage be dissolved? what if he is not ready for divorce what are other options? my muslim friend doesnot know about this plan shall i tell him my state of mind? how can I marry muslim friend at the first place how to convince parents..at the same time dont want their bad name in society

as per law of procedure i.e. Hindu Marriage Act.
1st marriage dissolved, after 2nd marriage
in case your husband is not ready for divorce by mutual consent.
then you have file divorce petition against him
matter after mediation centre
in case matter is not settled then u contested the matter.
and after passing the order of divorce. then u marry another person
whether he is belonging to hindu, muslim or any community/religion.
and as per the society you and ur parents lost her name in the society.
cause u could not silent the society . society are were aware the actual fact because they are interested for persons.
