If your are not yet divorced, the said relationship shall be construed as an adultery and you will have to face penal provisions.

As far as incest is concerned, presently, there are no any specific regulatory legal provisions which state that incest is banned or illegal India. Yet when there are no specific provisions in law, the reference is taken from Jurisprudence and then norms of each religion, which are fairly against Incest.

The main religions in India, namely Hindu, Muslim, Sikh and Buddhist consider Incest as immoral. Fact is there are many stories in the Hindu myth which state that one incurs sin on account of Incest.
Moreover nations like Pakistan, Singapore, Malaysia have strict laws against incest and one will have to face strict penal provisions for the same.

Conclusion: You and your son may or may not face the issues, but, with the society norms and the religious sentiments, life would be fairly difficult for the children born out of Incest, at least till they come to a matured age.

YES...
You will get much more trouble, Because here relation of mother & child has very high value in norms and social, communal, religious ethics does not allow thus type of relation in india. Family Laws in India would held such relation in "Degrees of Prohibited Relation" and such couple could not legal in India. And it is hard to Settle in Indian society of any state.

Where is ur husband?
Why u not had relation with him?
In India there is no support for this kind of relationship. Keep ur relation with yourself other you may seek sever consequences in your society if such relation is disclosed with in the vicinity.
My humble request that DON'T DISCLOSED THIS RELATION IN SOCIETY.
