Q: Taken companies data on personal email id unknowingly

PleaSe help required urgently as I've unknowingly by mistake taken companies' data on my personal id. They have taken as a breach of policy

DearPlease seek a written apology and make an registered affidavit/undertaking that the data that had been transferred will not be used by you under any circumstances and that you will not pass on the data and further you will erase it in its totality. For more details please contact the office.

Q: What to do if a boy is continuously calling and texting me ?

A person name is troubling me by giving multiple of messages and calls. I had even warned him and not to call and give messeges. But still he calls me and texts I love you etc. It is almost 4 months now. I even scolded him and said not to give any messeges else I will report him to cyber crime. But he says "I'm not doing anything wrong. I m just texting I love you. And I want to marry you. But you are doing wrong. You are scolding me. And I can also report you as you are scolding. But I will not bcoz I love you". Always he texts I love you. Whenever I warns him he says please dont decline and please dont avoid me, I love you.Sometimes he send messeges at even in mid night 4am. Sometimes he calls at 5am and disturbs me. Always I see he writes I love you, good morning etc. My mother and my cousin also warned him not to text anything. But still he text me. I am irritated. He is from puri orissa. Sir/ mam plz suggest me what should I do ?

Dear,This is an offence under right to privacy and you can certainly institute a case against him. My suggestion is to first send him a legal notice stating him to abstain from his acts and if he still continues you may lodge a complaint in the nearest police station and file a criminal case against him. The police will contact the service provider (they wont share the details with you as per the Act) and then take necessary steps even to an extent of instituting a case. Please report this to the Cyber Cell in your city. You will have to write a complaint and submit it to the Cyber Cell. The Cyber Cell will then take necessary action such as tracking his IP address and taking the relevant action. Make sure you dont delete any history from your computer. Q: How to get final paper of divorce

Hi I got a mutual marriage dissolved on 24 may 2017 however I did not get an decree yet of my marriage I asked this question long back on this web side one a lawyer contact me and took all the validit information about me and he said he will do the need full it's almost 2 weeks he is not giving me any proper answer or not even helping he he dsnt know the roules as well properly i m not having any support from my family I m staying with my friend I m jobless and I don't have enough money to pay my aunty has sarced a nice boy for me he wants to take all my responsibilities however​ he wants to marry me also I need to show this decree in the court for the registration of my marriage kindly help me pls

1. Go to Bandra family court 2. On the 1st floor ask for "certified copy application" 3. Ask for 10 Rs court fee. Paste on it4. Fill the application using some lawyers help. 5. Go to the court which gave you a decree. 6. Ask the JC (of that court) to take the judges signature on the application. 7. Take the signed application to the 4th floor at the certified copy department. 8. Pay the fees (of about 50-100/-)9. Take the receipt. It is usually takes 15 to 30 days to get a copy of a decree. Make sure you carry the receipt the next time you go to collect the copy of the decree. Contact my office if you need any further assistance.

Q: Remedy to make wife get back to marital house

My wife want divorce from me but i dont want because i have 4year old child. I am seprate from her last one year. she filled the criminal miscellaneous application against me.What remedy do I have?

where is the child currently? in whose custody? if you do not wish to take a divorce you may file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. it will be a full fledged trial to prove that there is no good ground for a divorce. yet, execution is difficult.i would suggest that prior to this go to a marriage counsellor and see if counselling works. in many cases the counselling does work.
