Dear Client,
As per Hindu Law a Male person will more aged than the female person. Law did not put any hurdle on aged of male person or female person to marry one another. There are so many examples like Sachin Tendlukar who married a girl of more than his age etc., The god of cricket, Sachin Tendulkar is 6 years younger than his wife Anjali. He believes that the age gap between the two indeed helped them more of an understanding towards each other. Married in 1995, they have been together for more than 18 years now. Marrying a woman more than your age is not a problem. But it is better to convince both the families to get together for marriage. Being majors there is no problem as per law.

HI
The legal age for a boy to get married is 21 years and the girl is 18 years.
Legally you cannot get married till you are 21 years of age.
So you can marry the girl of your choice once you have completed 21 years of age.
Eloping will not solve the problem as the marriage is null and void, if the boy is less than 21 years of age as of date of marriage.
