a boy name siva nageswara gajula has cheated me, he gave a promise for marriage and had a consensual s*xual relation under the false promise of marriage, now he is in relation with other girl, he has cheated me, can i file a case against him ,i have some proofs like photos and some text, present i don't know where he stays. can you please help me.
